If you live in Caroline, Hanover, King George, Stafford, Spotsylvania or Louisa and want to be Caroline Weather Center Weather Watcher, All you need is a rain gauge, thermometer and (optional) Anemometer. Also if you have power point on the computer, i have a graphic you can use to keep track of the data each day. I will mostly need the updates during active weather like when there is precipitation, severe or winter weather.
